Once we understand what your requirements and preferences are, we will use our market expertise to tailor your goals. Through our algorithmic methods, intelligent software and strong insider relationships, we get to work on finding on-market and off-market properties which tick the right boxes. We analyse over 3000 suburbs Australia-wide finding the best options for your requirements.

Once we have found and inspected our potential key properties, we gather the information and present our findings and showcase why we have proceeded with these properties in particular and how we have aligned them to the brief. In some cases, viewings would be made before presenting our findings to ensure we’re first in with the best offer to secure the property quickly and effectively.

After shortlisting and approving the properties presented, viewing times are arranged with the representing real estate agent. After we have agreed on the property, final pest and building inspections will be carried out.

Once a price is agreed on between our client and Strat Prop, we will carry out the negotiations based on the information we have on the market, suburb, and property itself. Strat Prop undertakes all negotiations with the consent of our clients keeping their best interests front of mind, securing the lowest price for the best property.

Once accepted, we liaise with the banks, brokers, solicitors and other parties needed to finalise the settlement of the property. We also conduct a final inspection before handing over your new property, making sure that no damage or expectancies have occurred during the vacancy and negotiation period.
